I pledge to never text while driving, to not answer any incoming calls, and to never make a call. I will place my phone in the car where I cannot reach it. Texting, calling or answering is a distraction. I cannot focus on appropriate driving responsiblities if I use my phone in any way. One of the universal qualities of life is to never hurt another physically. LIfe is very precious and not to be harmed in any way. We all have a purpose; distracted driving isn’t on the plan.
