Never text and drive to dangerous. I’m a mother of 5 and and grandma of 5 and 2 on the way. I have a lot of reasons to be safe.

i 100% pledge to not drive and get distracted with the phone!!! i am a single mom with a teenager that i am teaching to drive and i dont want him to think its ok to txt or fiddle with the phone..in fact when he drives..he literally throws his phone into the back seat! 🙂 we see all the people on the road that r always on their phones and it really makes us mad and we actually play a game where we try to decide if the distracted driver is on the phone or eating or whatever and most the time they r on their phones! My kid will be having a stick shift old pathfinder that is very beat up..so even if he thinks about txtn and drivn…its too difficult as a new driver with a stick shift..yet he is a responsible kid and i have set a great example for him. <3 i want to win that subaru so that he can have a vehicle that he can be proud of and so he can commute in a safer vehicle as a new driver. i will also have him TAKE THE PLEDGE this evening so that he can have accountability while learning.
